uTorrent Linux SSH/CLI Interace
I found a python script that is available on the uTorrent Forums. I wrote a Bash script that will allow you to do most things with your uTorrent server if you only have CLI or SSH access.
First you will need to download the following Three files, and place them in the same directory on your uTorrent Linux Server.

You will need to edit the parameters in config.py to match your setup
You will need python3 so if you dont have it:
sudo apt-get install python3
Then it is simple to run the script type:
./interface
I wouldn't edit anything in the two .py files but feel free to make changes to the interface script.

I updated the interface to include the ability to to add torrent from URL which is not possible through the WebUI. If it is a private tracker save the cookies from that site after to login to cookies.txt in the same directory as all the other files
